RDS server users randomly get disconnected

Hi All,

Remote Desktop Gateway server is on Windows Server 2019
Remote Desktop Session Host server is on Windows Server 2016
Remote Desktop Licensing server is on Windows Server 2019

Sometimes (I would even say quite rarely) users got disconnected from the RDS server all at the same time.
In just a few seconds they are able to reconnect.
It is not because of the Internet outage because multiple users connect to the separate servers from different physical locations.
I went through the Event Viewer - Application and Services Logs - Microsoft - Windows - TermialServices - Gateway but found just this type of entries.
"The user "DOMAIN\username", on client computer "111.222.111.222", disconnected from the following network resource: "computername.domainname.com". Before the user disconnected, the client transferred 8209 bytes and received 12366 bytes. The client session duration was 1 seconds. Connection protocol used: "HTTP".

Interestingly, not all sessions that are established through that RD gateway server are dropped out but just part of them.
For exampled on the Hyper-V Failover Cluster roughly 100 machines are running but just a few is affected.
In other words users of just 2-3 servers report this issue.
I also, went through the Event Viewer logs on the RDS server itself but didn't find anything.
It is absolutely unclear which of the servers (RD Gateway server or RHS server ) the issue lies on.
Is there any other logs I should check?
