Links givin access in Sharepoint while Compliant Device required with Conditional Access Policy

If we set Conditional Access Policy, which requires Compliant Device to all Microsoft Cloud apps, can we still generate anonymous links with password to files and folders in Sharepoint? Links that grant access from anyones device?

After my test, when I set sharepoint while Compliant Device required with Conditional Access Policy, it still allows access to the link from anyone's device.
Here are my test steps:

1. I set Conditional Access Policy(which requires Compliant Device to all Microsoft Cloud apps)
   
2. I shared a file to anonymous links with password.
   
3. The file can be seen after entering the password in anyones device.

I was also able to test this with one live tenant, which has Conditional Access to all users to restrict access to all Sharepoint only from Compliant devices.

I created a test Sharepoint site (team site), allowed Anyone -links from Sharepoint Admin center and set this one site to able to use Anonymous links.

Then I created a folder to this site, share with using anonymous link woth password and it works.

So, anonymous links with password do work even when access to Sharepoint is restricted only to Compliant Devices for all users using Conditional Access policy.
