@NlilNel
Hi,
Firstly, the following information may help you locate your recovery key:
• In your Microsoft account:
• On a printout you saved
• On a USB flash drive
• In an Azure Active Directory account
For your reference:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4530477/windows-10-finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key
Unfortunately, if you neither know the password nor the recovery key, there is no easy way to remove BitLocker encryption from any drive.

I'd suggest to take responsibility for carefully managing backups of the encryption keys.

Hope above information can help you.

    Put the old motherboard back in if it is still working. It will allow you to access the data.

    Hello,

    If you don't know the recovery key and password for your BitLocker encrypted drive, you can't recover or access data inside it.

    Although, you can format the drive to use it again, however previous encrypted data will be erased by formatting.

    Regards.
