We are deploying Intune for the first time in our organization and we are in a testing phase. We have successfully configured apple push notification and enrolled our personal IOS devices. I can see those devices in intune management portal and can perform remote functions on it like wipe, remove passcode, etc.

Now we have created intune compliance policy for IOS and deployed few apps through 'Managed Apps' option. But none of them are working.
Compliance policy status shows up as 'Not Evaluated' and Managed Apps status shows up as 'Waiting for Install status'.

Am i missing a step here ?

anonymous user Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For compliance policy "Not Evaluated" status, it is an initial state for newly enrolled devices. The possible reason is the device that haven't checked in since the compliance policy was deployed. It is suggested to try to sync the device and then check if the status is changed.

For app "Waiting for Install status", please make sure the device is turned on and is connected to a network. And please try to sync the device.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
