Microsoft Teams Voice - Obtain inbound / outbound call history report

We need to run a report to obtain information from a specific phone number.

The information we need is who called the number / when and when the number called inbound and when

I have logged a case with the standard Microsoft Teams support and they informed me to do this.

    Hi @Ross Hill

    You could get inbound/outbound call history reports in the Microsoft Teams PSTN usage report. The steps to obtain a report record are as follows.

    1. In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin center, click Analytics & reports > Usage reports.
    2. On the View reports tab, under Report, select PSTN usage report.
    3. Under Date range, select a predefined range of 7 or 28 days, or set a custom range, and then select Run report.
