How to implement impersonation .in console application and access EWS using Azure .

I need to develop a console application using c# , where I need to implement impersonation using AZURE and manage mail boxes in EWS . I want O AUTH to be implemented. Azure side is done but i do not have idea how to implement the code.

You need to add a bit more detail to your question eg "manage mail boxes in EWS" EWS is not a mailbox management API it will allow you to access Mailbox data (which you can also use the Microsoft Graph to do and that is now the recommended method over EWS for Online Mailboxes). So if you can define what you mean by management someone can point you in the correct direction eg for a lot of the management type tasks the correct method is going to be to use the Exov3 cmdlets https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-online-powershell-v2?view=exchange-ps or if you wanted to say report on Mailbox size then the Graph reporting endpoints is what you want to use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/mailbox-usage-reports?view=graph-rest-1.0
