Unable to view REST API pages for form recognizer - 503 service unavailable

Question

I cannot get the API pages to load so I can see what REST calls I can use. The page says 503 service unavailable and has all day. Can you please let me know when it will be back? Thank you

I cannot even submit a ticket because it won't let me type the URL down. I will have to send pictures

Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A platform. I think the URL you shared is for a specific version only, which may be expired. Please check below API document page-
