Create usage reporting in AVD

We are currently using Azure Virtual Desktop to give both local and remote access to our students.

Coming from a Citrix background, I used to use Citrix Director which allowed me to create usage reports to see what was launched and when. Because some of our labs were uniquely named, I was also able to create reports that allowed me to break it down based on device name so I could see what labs where using the software.

Still fairly new to Azure, but I'm looking to do the same thing within AVD. We've been it for well over a year now, but we don't have a good idea on statistics, usage, heavy times vs. light times, etc.

Can someone point me in the direction of what I need to do and how to go about creating those reports in Azure?
