I work as a freelancer for many companies, and for each company they create an Office 365 account for me. now to manage those emails i am planning to download Outlook mobile app inside my Iphone and add all those accounts. so i have a single app to manage all the emails. but my question is , if i add a account to my outlook mobile app as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zm4pJLmX0j0 , will this allow the admin (office 365 admin) to access my iPhone files and photos? in other word will they have access to my iPhone?

Thanks

If you put the files / pictures and such on OneDrive then yes they probably could but o the local phone storage no that's unlikely.

    Hi @john john ,

The global admin has almost unlimited access to your org's settings and most of the data, They can’t actually log directly into the mailboxes but can give themselves full access permission.

    More information for your reference:
About admin roles in the Microsoft 365 admin center
Give mailbox permissions to another Microsoft 365 user - Admin help

    Hope that may help you!
