the program was forced, Check plz

I took the test at 12:15 a.m. on September 23rd. (Azure 204)
When the test questions were almost completed, the program was forced to end, and the survey screen came out and proceeded.

I don't know the cause, but how can I check the results of the test?
It's not my fault, but it's so unfair.
Please reply as soon as possible.
