error 31 a device connected to the system is not working properly

Question

Hello,

impossible to connect in TSE/citrix on it, I have error above:
"a device connected to the system is not working properly/"

I have to reboot the server to have control, but for a user to connect to it; I encounter this error.

below test item

:

1. Blank user account (deletion of VDHX) > Always the problem. In parallel if I connect to another citrix RAS server.
2. Disabled Antivirus > Always the problem.
   3.Update of FSLOGIX > > Still the problem.
3. Removal of FSLOGIX (so no more VHDX files) > Still the problem.
   5.Windows up to date > Always the problem.
   6.Virus scan > RAS.
   7.(Allow my user account in the DirectAccess on the server to connect in RDP with the user > Always the problem.

How can I find out which device is causing this error?
