Unable to get my Transcript details

Hi,

I am not able to see the transcript id and access code using this link https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/transcript .

Pls find below my Details :

MCPID - 993254131

The above two things, Transcript ID and access code is needed by my organization (Accenture) to validate the certification details. Appreciate your quick response.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
