Global admin locked out of account

Hi,

The global admin of a clients account has resigned his position and therefore we cannot reset the password for our client because self serve password is false.

Is there any other way we can help our client gain access to his Azure account?

I cant even create a ticket in azure as the account i have to the clients account does not have sufficient access to do this.
