Azure Orbital Ground Station not showing up when trying to schedule a contact

Ground station is not showing up on contact list. I tried all recommended solutions, which include "Spacecraft and contact profile objects are in different regions" and "Spacecraft is not authorized and/or the contact profile requests unauthorized frequencies." Spacecraft object and contact profile were set up in westus2.
