Please i need your help on this issue.

Our teams calls are going on mute intermittently at the start of the call

    Hi @IBN

    I suppose it may possibly be due to packet loss during the call.
    Have you checked the Call Quality Dashboard for mote information?

    You may also use some network capture tools like Wireshark to check if there is packet loss during the call.
