Azure VPN Client does not allow me to see a ServerName.database.windows.net

I have an SQL Server whose name is ServerName.database.windows.net. To access it on my PC I have run Azure VPN Client on the PC and connected the Client to the server. I have imported an Azure VPN Client config file that works OK on another PC.
However, when I try to create a Connection in make.powerapps.com to this server, I get error “No such host is known” .
How can I fix the problem?

I understand that you are getting a DNS error once you have connected to Azure VPN Client.- Can you please let me know if the "ServerName.database.windows.net." resolves to a Public IP address without connecting to Azure VPN Client.
- Do you have any private endPoints for "ServerName.database.windows.net." SQL Server?
- Have you modified the DNS server of the configuration file?
- Can you share the output of "nslookup ServerName.database.windows.net." before and after connecting to the VPN? (and make sure if the DNS servers and IPs are same?)
