Can I change the account that I used to get my student benefits?

When I was getting a program for one of my college classes I accidently used the wrong email. This email does not have Office 365 and in turn when I download the program it refused to give me access. My other account does have Office 365, so I tried to get student benefits on that account instead, but said it was unable to verify that I was a student. Is there a way to get the benefits to apply to the other account?
