How to read Pen ID of MPP protocol in UWP program

How to distinguish between pens when not connected to Bluetooth. I found that the MPP protocol has a pen id, but I don't know how to read it.

I did some research about this through the documents, currently, UWP can't access the Microsoft Pen Protocol directly to get the Pen ID. You might take a look at the HardWare development to see if there are some hardware API could directly check the Pen ID without having the pen to be connected.
