Unable to launch exam

I am unable to launch the exam. There is an issue with the microphone. Initially during system check it worked. After queue process is completed, my exam was supposed to be launch. But it did not happen. So my proctor suggested me to restart . I can't see my proctor .when i again downloaded the app and checking the microphone it is not working. Can you please check on this and update me. please Give me another chance
