On exam day i got "onVUE encountered a problem" issue and couldnt able to give the exam

Hi I need help to rescheduled my exam from customer support team of onVUE.
I scheduled my exam through one coupon and on exam day I got "onVUE encountered a problem" issue and not able to give the exam.
