Locked out of Authenticator App -no back up

Question

My phone broke down and I can't access my authenticator app, so I am locked out of my apps. I tried already to recover the back up but it seems that there is none, can you help? Can I get the codes some other way or can you transfer my accounts in the app on my new phone?

Without a backup to recover from the method is to use the service provider's methods of account recovery.
