Certification profile merge issue

Hi,

I was trying to reschedule my MS certification exam through perason vue which took me to learn.microsoft.com and asked me to connect to the certification profile. I by mistake used my work account and it started to merge it to my personal profile. Now I don't get an option to reschule my exam and it alwyas show that the action can't be profile while merging. It has been almost a week and merging still hasn't completed. I am not sure if this would restrict me to login to my person vue account for the online exam.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
