Hi,
Microphone is not working in Skype desktop application but Mic is working in TEAMS and Online Skype.
May i know what is the problem, I already updated the driver of the Audio and update BIOS and Windows but still same.
I have reinstall the desktop skype 2 times and updated the version but still not working.
One thing is sure, it works in TEAMS and Skype ONLINE.
Please assist

Is this issue happened in Skype client or Skype for Business client?
To be noticed that Skype is different from Skype for Business. If this audio issue happened in Skype client, it is not in our support scope. We recommend you post your question to the right forum here.

Thanks for the link @S.Sengupta , however i already tried all the steps in the link but still same.
When the user do the test call on her Skype app she said she can hear the voice, but when we call each other she can't hear me but I can hear her clearly.
