According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you:
- Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
- Did the student recover the message on his own?
- Does the administrator or team owner delete messages have the same problem?
We have deleted it on one laptop and it has replicated on a 2nd laptop, but when 3rd user logs in it is still visible for them on the web browser, even after clearing the cache.
If someone re-adds you to an ongoing group or meeting chat that you previously deleted, you’ll see the entire chat history again.
