Do you mean that you can’t forward the messages to another mailbox’s specific folder? How do you forward the message to another mailbox?
If you want to let the forwarded messages all in another mailbox’s one specified folder, you can let another mailbox’s user to configure a rule in OWA or Outlook Client to accomplish your requirement.
Here are the detailed steps of configure the OWA:
- Log on OWA, click “Setting” button then click ”view all Outlook setting”
- Choose “Mail ->Rules -> Add new rule”
- Follow the instructions to accomplish the setting ,then click “ save”.
Here are the detailed steps of configure the Outlook Client:
- Log on Outlook Client ,click “File “ then select “Manage Rules & Alerts”.
- Click “New Rule”, select “Move messages from someone to a folder”, then click "Next>"
- Search for the IMAP account mail address by click “people or public group” under the bottom ,click the “specified” to select specified folder ,then click “Next>Finish” or ”Finish” to complete the setting.
