Sudden "Bad request" error while accessing Bing Ads API v.13 from Python

Since 25th of Sept 2022 we get "OSError: Tunnel connection failed: 400 Bad Request" errors.
We use python Bing Ads API v.13.
It fails for customer_service.GetUser.
I've refreshed token with new scope msads.manage and user granted consent but I get the same error.
Any advice what to do here?
