What happens to published Power BI once the license expires

Hi!

My power Bi license will not be renewed, but I have boards already published that I don't want to lose.

So, I have two questions:

1) What will happen to the published dashboards (Publish to web (public)) once the license expires?
2) Is it possible to transfer the published dashboards to another pro account?
