Teams Room For Android are not showing up

Hello

Please i need your help on this.

we have 3 Poly Teams Room devices. Since at least Wednesday of last week, they will not show up in Teams Room For Android.

I saw them show up late last night when I checked, so I thought it was fixed, but I looked this morning and it's gone again.
