I believe you are referring to error code 0xC004F074 and not 0xC004074.
If that is the case, then if your system is part of the company's network, then you need to check with your system's administrator.
In case, it is Home or Pro edition of the Windows, then you might enter incorrect product key.

I have tried every fix that I have found on YouTube and nothing seems to work. I have an error message on the activation window that says "We can't activate windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization activation server. Error code: 0xC004074 I have run the command slmgr/ipk "product key" in the command terminal and I get an error with the code 0xC004F069 and cannot find any advice for a solution. Any thoughts?
