how to fix: DeltaLink older than 30 days is not supported?

When I use a Delta Token to retrieve users from Azure AD, I get the next message: DeltaLink older than 30 days is not supported.

    Based on the error message and the article you linked it sounds like you are running a Delta Import and facing the error, "DeltaLink older than 30 days is not supported."

    To run a Full import on the on-premises AD Connector in the Synchronization Service Manager:

    a) Go to the Connectors tab in the Synchronization Service Manager.

    b) Right-click the on-premises AD Connector and select Run.

    c) In the pop-up dialog box, select Full Import and then click OK.

    d) Wait for the operation to finish.

    You mention "Azure Active Directory Spoke", which appears to be a third party ServiceNow tool. So if you are running into this issue with that tool, I would recommend reaching out to someone from the Service Now team for assistance. They have a community support forum here:
