I downloaded and tried to install JDK 8 u341 but keep getting error, please help me fix it

So I just got this brand new HP envy, like a month ago and downloaded JDK 8U341 but when I try to install it I keep getting this error after the step where the wizard asks about 'destination folder' and I click 'next' and boom the error dialog box shows up. I had no problem downloading and installing this on my older laptop but no luck with my new pc. Anyone has any clues what is going on?

UPDATE : I successfully installed JDK 8 and ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CREATE ANOTHER USER ACCOUNT ON MY COMPUTER AS AN ADMINSTRATOR LOG IN WITH THAT ACCOUNT AND DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL! No clue why that works but I am not asking. Anyways for other with similar issues there you go.

UPDATE : I successfully installed JDK 8 and ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CREATE ANOTHER USER ACCOUNT ON MY COMPUTER AS AN ADMINSTRATOR LOG IN WITH THAT ACCOUNT AND DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL! No clue why that works but I am not asking. Anyways for other with similar issues there you go.
