Hello,

Which is the minimum required license for sensitivity labels? According to the article that Microsoft has provided online they say I need at least from business premium, E3 or F1 and above for manual sensitivity labels, however, at a client's site I was called in to assist on labeling and I realized they have deployed labels with a business standard license and I confirmed the license is business standard. Is this a bug or a change in sensitivity label support that any license can now support sensitivity labels?

You have to keep in mind that Microsoft does not enforce license requirements in code across many of its products, so even though a feature is available, you might still not be properly licensed for it. Or in this particular case, they might have the standalone AIP SKU, or previously used any of the enterprise plans, etc.
Stick to the documentation guidelines on licensing, or better yet work with your local Microsoft licensing representatives.
