Outlook Web Access fail to show HTML format email, but show normal on Outlook client.

In Mail view, click on Settings (visible as a cog wheel icon) within the top-right corner.
Beneath the reading pane, select the show reading pane on the right or show reading pane at the bottom to enable or move. ...
Close the Settings window to apply.

However it didn't work.
the issue is not choose "Show on the right" or "Show on the bottom".
I think the issue is that :email message contains deeply nested elements
MS suggest to turn off the Use Conversations view in OWA. To do this, select View and then clear Use Conversations. But still not work

Does this issue occur on other computer?
And what browser are you using? To further confirm if the problem is with the browser itself, please try try to use other browsers(such Microsoft Edge) and log in to OWA to check if the HTML email is displayed properly.
If it is displayed properly on other browsers, it's suggested that you could uninstall and reinstall the browser you current use to check if there're any differences.
