Biztalk SQL job blocked process report

Hi all,
I'm having SQL block process issue which is related to Biztalk SQL job MessageBox_Message_ManageRefCountLog and has no blocking process in the report as follows

The issue does not happen very often and the SQL job still continue executing normally so could someone please advise if it is fine to ignore the issue?
