Hi,
One of Teams channel created and users using the same but Files tab doesn't work in teams channel getting error that "something went wrong please try again or refresh the page ChannelStillProvisioning"
Can you suggest on this
Note: We cant delete and restore the channel since users are using it.

Do you mean this user cannot access files in Teams channel?
Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
Have you tried to login Team web client to see if it can be reproduced?

Michael Menzie 36 Reputation points2023-10-11T13:55:30.4066667+00:00 i am having this exact same issue. i created 3 new channels under my team and all 3 channels users can chat but cannot use the files tab. a year later and this is still an issue?
figured it out.... the owner of the channel had to go to the "files" section and allow the page to be created. after that all users could see the files section
