Azure Artifact Remote Credential with Authentification

Hello,

Do you know if Azure Artifact support proxying (feed) artifacts from other source with Authentification (Certificate + Username/Password) ?
A functionality similar to https://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/JFROG/Advanced+Settings#AdvancedSettings-RemoteCredentials
