Outlook 2019: IMAP account not showing body on sent items

Hello,

I'm facing a strange issue. I added a new IMAP account on Outlook 2019. When a user sends an e-mail with an attachment, the recipient receives the e-mail with the subject and the attachment but not the body (it is empty).

This issue happens only when an attachment is involved. Also if I work in offline mode, the e-mail on "Outbox" does not have the body too, however if I click to edit it and enter the body and then go online, it is sent with the body.

I tried disabling all COM addins without any success. Any ideas?

    UPDATE: I found out that if I click on "Save" option during e-mail compose and then select to send it, it works fine. The issue remains if I click on Send without Save first.
