Unable to Create Azure Cosmos DB Account - Core (SQL) in Norway East Region?

I am unable to Create Azure Cosmos DB Account - Core (SQL) in Norway East region despite the fact that it is supported1 according to Microsoft.
Could someone assist on this matter?

Regarding you question of creation of Cosmos DB in Norway East region, I would recommend you to raise a support ticket to whitelist your subscription for the particular region.
