Wärhend des MS Exams die Sprache ändern

Hallo Zusammen,
Ich habe beim Planen meines Exams ausgewählt das meine Hautsprache Deutsch ist, somit denke ich, dass ich im Exam alle Fragen auf Deutsch bekomme, dennoch ist die Übersetzung ins Deutsche oft unverständlich. Deswegen würde ich gerne wissen, ob ich während des Exams die Sprache zwischen Deutsch und Englisch wechseln kann.
