Hi, we will need more detail, do you mean someone removed a user while in a Team meeting ? if so it's more the organizator. If you mean in the meeting invite someone got removed, then the user should have receive a meeting update notification in his email.

By default only the meeting organizer can remove an attendee from a meeting.
This setting can be modified in the meeting options by the organize.If you are looking for something like meeting logs, I am afraid it isn't available on the client side.
You may need to contact support and have them check from backend.
