Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are experiencing this issue on a specific site in Slovakia.

Some users do experience packet drop on inbound VBSS traffic and are not able to see the shared contents in meetings, we have been investigating this internally with our network Team and ISP.

I just wanted to know the issue is intermittent but mostly observed in meetings with High number of participants usually between 8am to 10 AM Slovakia Time, 2 ISPs on site primary with 100 mbps and secondary with 50 mbps bandwidth,

    Hi @IBN

To determine the cause of packet loss, start with the easiest problem to detect:

    • Free up bandwidth. Is any piece of hardware handling more connections than it should? If so, limit the bandwidth on the router.
    • If you are experiencing poor video quality and low frame rates, it could be due to the performance of the computer system or insufficient hardware resources. In this way, please make sure your device meet these requirements:
    • Change the network connection. For example, change the WIFI to 5G or use VPN connection.
    • Teams client cache issue. Go to Teams web client to see if this issue can still be reproduced.
