    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to SQL connection from 2003 system.

Please note that Windows 2003 is legacy OS and out of support , so it may not work with latest security protocols Like TLS ,SSL and SMB.

Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005 are not able to use TLS 1.2 (which is used by default on W11), which is why you are not able to connect.

There might be a chance to connect if you can configure your Windows 11 to use the old version.

    Hi @三 石 ,

SQL server 2005 is out of supported for many years, suggest you upgrade your SQL server 2005 to a newer version. And SQL server 2005 is not supported for TLS 1.2. TLS 1.2 is supported for SQL server 2008 and newer version.

Please disable TLS 1.2 and enable TLs 1.1 or 1.0 from registry key. Refer to this MS document to get detail steps. Or upgrade SQL server 2005 to a newer version.
