Gray screen when implementing Google Maps

I've been following tutorials & reading documentions for 2 weeks now.
But I just can't seem to figure out how to get Google Maps into my App...
I've been following the video of "Gerard Versluis" - ".NET MAUI Maps: A First Look - Pins, Polygons and more!", I've been looking into the .MAUI Documentation, I've even found a seperate documentation where I have to use Visual Studio Preview version, to use .NET 7.
But nothing works out!
If there is someone that might know something more, or even knows the solution of getting Google Maps in my app.
If you'll be willing to share that, it would be greatly appreciated!

Is the screen also gray when you open the Google Map app?
If not, did you forget to add the following permissions?
