MARS Agent slow backup performance

We have a machine being backed up through MARS agent and is working well before, only runs 4-5hrs. But suddenly have experienced long time backup up to 15hrs now. Already checked Microsoft article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-troubleshoot-slow-backup-performance-issue#cause-backup-job-running-in-unoptimized-mode but nothing has helped. No relevant event logs can show me what causes this. Is there any other things I can still check to know what causes this issue?

    CBengine logs will have details on what is causing the backup to run longer. You may analyze the logs from CBEngine.errlog file under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent\Temp for pointers on cause.

    Another suggestion I would like to make is to log a support ticket with Azure backup support for deeper investigation of this issue. If you don't have the ability to open a technical support ticket, please let me know I can help you further on this.
