Increasing PostgreSQL flexible storage size without restarting

PostgreSQL flexible is restarted when I increase the instance storage size. Is there any option to increase without restarting?

As I understand your question, you want to know if there is any option to increase size of Postgres SQL Flexible server without server restart.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, but the online storage scale is under our roadmap.
