Error AADSTS50020

Hello,

I invited someone in our Azure AD as external user, then the user receive e-mail inscription from microsoft, he accept the invitation and he need to write a code which has been sent by microsoft.

When the opération is done, we have this error message :

We tried like 3 times, I deleted the user and create another one but nothing works..

I tried to do that with my personal Mail (gmail) and it works as well.

    Hello @JeromeD

    Below actions fixed the issue for us.

    • Remove any exisiting mail contacts from Exchange Admin Center.
    • Remove user from Azure AD.
    • Invite the user again.
    • Visit the Invite Redemption URL.
    • You were able to accept the invite without any issue.

    Issue was being created by an existing Exchange Contact removal of which fixed the issue.

    Hi,

    Can the user try to switch the tenant and also try incognito window or private? Clear cache on the device?

    Hi,

    I don't understand how to switch the tenant ? I'm not english and the translate is strange, sorry

    I don't think the problem come to internet window, I tried on his device and on my device and it's the same results, but i will try incognito windows to be sure.
