Some appointments shifted by 30 minutes

Some appointments for one meeting attendee have shifted by 30 minutes. Several people at this small organization received a meeting request. One person is responsible for managing two other people's calendars. When the delegate views the upcoming meeting for the bosses, the meeting begins, for example, at 1 PM for herself and one boss (boss A) but at 1:30 for the other boss (boss B). The two bosses are in the same meetings frequently. The meetings almost always show up side by side in the delegate's calendar in Outlook and OWA but about one meeting a month shows as beginning 30 minutes later for boss B. Because it's off by 30 minutes, boss B is late to meetings. That doesn't look good!

I've tried checking OWA but it appears the same there. I've tried dragging the meeting in the delegate's calendar to the right time but when we try to move it, there's an error that says "You can't move this meeting because you're not the organizer period to change the meeting time, contact the organizer.” We literally can't change this ourselves but somehow it's been shifted.

What happened here and how do we fix it so boss B gets to meetings on time?

I had the same issue. This is actually very simple to solve. (Outlook web displayed correctly; Teams calendar displayed correctly; Outlook desktop was off by 30 minutes on some appointments).

Solution: Outlook ->View -> TimeScale Button. Set to 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. Meetings times will be correctly shown.

    Hi @ddawson@communityit.com ,

I found an official article when mentioned a similar issue as yours: Users may notice that the incorrect timeslot is selected after clicking a meeting in the Calendar

    Hope that may help you!

We never did resolve this. It's not a display issue since we're seeing the same odd thing in Outlook and OWA. I didn't get a chance to dig in too much with this person. Since it's really intermittent the person experiencing the problem didn't seem to think it was worth spending too much time on it.
