I can's see my MD100 in the learn portal

Question

I passed my MD101 today, and I have gone to my learn.Microsoft account, and can see I passed the 101, but I can't see the MD100 I passed a few months ago?. Is there a way to bring this into the learn profile? The exam was setup with the same email address as the MD101, and I have emails from the MD100

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
