windows update killed 3d maps in excel

Good Morning,

windows forced a update, which caused an error resulting in a communication issues with bing api. are you aware?, i tried to revert back to a previous update and i now receive an error stating that can not fully uninstall and the issue persist.

how do you correct what ever you did to excel, is there a way to deactivate the correction your team made to mess up my work flow.

i am not speaking of the bing add in, i'm referring to 3d maps presenting status code 4 and presenting an additional error code for direct x stating the version is not 10 or above.

i'm currently showing version 12, this question is asked previously with no answer provided

Check that the value of your device registry is the following:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.0\Client

If If this value is the value, change it to:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.0\Client] "Enabled"=dword:00000001
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.0\Client] "DisabledByDefault"=dword:00000000

Note: Improper modification of the registry may have unknown consequences, and we recommend that you back up the registry.
