How to retrict users from choosing background in teams

Please i need your help on this issue.

How do we restrict users to choose background in teams where they are only allowed to choose the company background image.

We want to restrict them from choosing background in Teams but only allowed to choose a company background.

They can only choose a company background but not allowed to pick any other back ground

At present, there is no such detailed settings for users to restrict them to choose which background they could use. As Teams admin, we could now only restrict if user could use this custom background feature.
